Hard to believe that 10 years ago today I was having contractions. That I had high blood pressure. That my first baby would be born 4 weeks early. But it's true. My sweet Lili was born @ 6lbs 4oz. Small but healthy. Beautiful...with the sweetest squeal of a cry. Hard to believe.I remember holding her in the hospital, looking into her eyes...loving her so much. It was one of those moments when it seems time stands still. One that is ingrained into my brain forever.
At 10 she is almost at tall as I am. She is a loving, smart and funny. She is one of my very best friends. I love her more than anything!

My daughter will be 10 in May. She loves to sew,draw,craft & we have many similiar interests so I know how you feel. A couple of weeks back, we went to the the Tokyo Quilt Show & both of us took loads of pics, ooohing & aaahing over so many things. It is great to have a daughter who knows what you think. And it's fun to have daughters whom you can sew pretty dresses for!
She looks like such a big kid! So pretty! I hope the years go by slowly with Avery--I can't imagine her not being tiny forever!!
So sweet. Wish you guys lived closer so that we could see you all more often and get to know your girls. Great to see you last weekend!
